• Hands-on Product Management: My direct involvement in product management, combined with an unwavering focus on customer discovery, ensured that Sparrow was always aligned with market needs. This approach allowed us to refine our product continually, ensuring it resonated with our target audience.
• Capital Acquisition: Successfully raised $330k in capital, fueling our growth and enabling us to scale our operations.
• Technical Leadership: I wore multiple hats during Sparrow's early days, even building the first version of the product myself. As we grew, I took charge of hiring and leading a technical team that shared our vision and drive.
